Miles N. Wernick, Ph.D.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Miles N. Wernick, Ph.D., Motorola Endowed Chair Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Biomedical Engineering; Director, Medical Imaging Research Center, Departments of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, Illinois Institute of Technology, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Wernick was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding research, educational, and commercial accomplishments in medical imaging, image processing and analysis.
