Gregory Allen Buck, Ph.D.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of Gregory Allen Buck, Ph.D., Professor of Microbiology and Immunology and Computer Science, Director designee, Proposed Institute for Microbiome Engineering and Data Analysis, Director, Nucleic Acids Research Facilities, Microbiology and Immunology/School of Medicine Computer Science/School of Engineering, Virginia Commonwealth University, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Buck was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for outstanding contributions to advancement in the areas of genomics, bioinformatics and quantitative microbial systems biology.
