WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Sneh Anand, Ph.D., Emeritus Professor, Centre for Biomedical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Anand was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For pioneering inventions in biomedical engineering and making outstanding contributions to society including becoming India’s first woman biomedical engineer.
