2020 ANNUAL EVENT CANCELLED

In an abundance of caution for your safety and that of the entire AIMBE community, the 2020 Annual Meeting has been cancelled. While this important milestone in our activity calendar is cancelled, the mission of AIMBE and our work continues. Now, more than ever, we must advocate with an even stronger voice for the importance of biomedical research, discovery and innovation to protect and advance the wellbeing and health of Americans and citizens across the globe.

Whether you were registered for the scientific lectures, policy discussions, Capitol Hill visits, supporting a colleague’s induction, or just connecting with colleagues, these activities await you at our next Annual Meeting March 21 & 22, 2021. In this regard, your registration for this year’s meeting has been automatically transferred to our next meeting. However, if you desire a full refund, let me know and we will gladly process that ASAP. Also, don’t forget to cancel your own hotel reservation and airlines are offering refunds or credit for advanced purchases.

AIMBE leadership thanks you for your understanding and patience in the wake of this public health crisis. We will be quickly responding to any questions or concerns you may have.
