D. Geoffrey Vince, Ph.D.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of D. Geoffrey Vince, Ph.D., Staff (equivalent to Professor) and Chair, Biomedical Engineering; Virginia Lois Kennedy Chair in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Therapeutics, Department of Biomedical Engineering, with Joint appointment in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Miller Family Heart and Vascular Institute, Cleveland Clinic, Lerner Research Institute, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Vince was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For developing ultrasound imaging for risk assessment of vascular plaques and for streamlining medical device innovations for real-world clinical applications.
