Ratneshwar Lal, Ph.D.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Ratneshwar Lal, Ph.D., Professor, Departments of Bioengineering and Mechanical, Bioengineering/Jacobs School of Engineering, University of California, San Diego, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Lal was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For applications of atomic force microscopy for nanoscale biophysical and biomechanical understanding of membrane protein structures, protein misfolding diseases and nanomedicine.
