WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Efrosini Kokkoli, Ph.D., Professor and Shell Land Grant Chair, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, University of Minnesota, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Kokkoli was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding contributions to the design of peptide- and aptamer-amphiphiles for the development of functionalized biomaterials.
