University of Missouri Chancellor Alexander Cartwright appointed MU Engineering Dean Elizabeth Loboa as the vice chancellor for Strategic Partnerships during his campus address on Wednesday. She will hold the position in addition to her duties as dean.

Loboa, Ph.D., Dean, College of Engineering and Professor of Bioengineering, College of Engineering, University of Missouri, Columbia, to its College of Fellows.
