WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Cameron C. McIntyre, Ph.D., Tilles-Weidenthal Professor (endowed full Professor), Departments of Biomedical Engineering (secondary in Neurology and in Neurosurgery), Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, to its College of Fellows. Dr. McIntyre was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding contributions to the scientific analysis, therapeutic mechanisms, and technology development of deep brain stimulation clinical therapy.
