WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Tatiana Segura, Ph.D., Professor and Vice Chair for Graduate Affairs, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, University of California Los Angeles, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Segura was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding contributions to the design of therapeutic angiogenic materials and our understanding of vascular endothelial growth factor signaling..
