WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of Mark A. Eiteman, Ph.D., Professor, Biochemical Engineering and Microbiology, The University of Georgia, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Eiteman was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for contributions to biology-inspired engineering by founding Institute of Biological Engineering and Journal of Biological Engineering, and innovating metabolic networks.
