Christopher E. Sims, MD

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of Christopher E. Sims, MD, Chief Science Officer, Cell Microsystems, Inc.; President, Altis Biosystems, LLC; Professor, Dept. of Chemistry, College of Arts and Sciences; Professor, Dept. of Medicine/Rheumatology, School of Medicine, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Sims was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for excellence in the academic development of microtechnologies and their translation to the biotechnology industry.
