WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Michael Regnier, Ph.D., Washington Research Foundation Endowed Professor of Bioengineering, Bioengineering/School of Medicine & College of Engineering, University of Washington, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Regnier was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding developments in gene therapies, tissue engineering and pharmaceutics to improve diseased cardiac and skeletal muscle performance.
