WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of Gail D. Baura, Ph.D., Director of Engineering Science and Professor, Engineering Science, Loyola University Chicago, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Baura was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for outstanding contributions in using system theory for medical device R&D, and for creating innovative biomedical engineering programs and textbooks.
