Kalina Hristova, Ph.D.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of Kalina Hristova, Ph.D., Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering Whiting School of Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Hristova was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for outstanding contributions to the development of quantitative methods revealing the mechanism of activation of membrane receptors implicated in human cancers.
