WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of Liisa Tiina Kuhn, Ph.D., Associate Head and Associate Professor, Biomedical Engineering, School of Dental Medicine, University of Connecticut Health Center, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Kuhn was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for advancing the translation of bone biology and mechanics to its application in regenerative medicine.
