WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Shrojal M Desai, Ph.D., PMP, Director, Devices Plastics Material and Biocompatability, Global Consumables R&D, Hospira, Inc., to its College of Fellows. Dr. Desai was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding contributions to cardiovascular biomaterials, drug delivery and medical device development and for valuable leadership in biomedical professional service.
