WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Thomas H. Barker, Ph.D., Professor, Biomedical Engineering, University of Virginia, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Barker was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For outstanding contributions in ECM-inspired biomaterials design, cell-ECM biology, and ECM microenvironmental control of cell phenotype in regeneration and disease..
