WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Michael J. Yost, Ph.D., Vice Chairman of Surgery for Research Associate Professor of Surgery and Bioengineering, Surgery Division of General, Trauma and Acute Care, Medical University of South Carolina, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Yost was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For sustained legislative and community advocacy, leadership in Federal investments in South Carolina infrastructure and translational innovation in biomedical products..
