WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the induction of James L. Patton, Ph.D., Professor and Senior Research Scientist, Bioengineering, University of Illinois at Chicago and Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Patton was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for exceptional contributions in neural control of movement with applications in the areas of learning and rehabilitation.
