WASHINGTON, D.C.— The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) has announced the pending induction of Ross T. Whitaker, Ph.D., Professor, School of Computing, Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute, University of Utah, to its College of Fellows. Dr. Whitaker was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows For novel algorithms and software to advance the state of the art in medical image analysis.
